Why do you want to be staff (150 words): I want to become a staff member because I enjoy helping others and want to contribute to making the server a better place. I've seen how much of a difference good staff can make, and I want to be someone players can rely on for fair and consistent support. I understand the rules well and stay active, and I’m always willing to listen and resolve issues calmly. I care about maintaining a fun, respectful, and safe community for everyone. Becoming an admin would let me give back to the server that I've spent so much time enjoying.I also believe in leading by example and staying professional even in high-pressure situations. Whether it's handling rule-breakers or assisting new players, I’ll approach every situation with patience and integrity. I'm confident that I can help create a welcoming environment for both regulars and newcomers. I’m dedicated to the long-term growth and success of the server and its community
What makes you better than others applying (100 words):
What makes me stand out from others is my strong commitment to fairness, maturity, and consistency. I don’t let personal feelings affect my decisions, and I always listen to all sides before taking action. I stay calm under pressure and don’t escalate situations—I work to de-escalate and resolve issues quickly and respectfully. I’m also very active, so I’ll be available when staff presence is needed the most. I genuinely care about the community and want to make it a positive experience for everyone. I focus on teamwork, communication, and setting a good example for players.And I am not corrupt like djw. I am also imo the most active person rn im on like 20 hours a day 7 days a week.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? If not what makes you just as good as those who do (100 words): I dont have gmod staffing experience but I have alot of discord staffing experience being the former co owner of a server with 300 püeople head admin in a server with around 250 people and owned a bunch of servers with about 60-50 people. I also own a german rap community server with 40 people where I mantain a positive atmosphere and make sure people follow rules.
