Why do you want to be staff (150 words):
My first reason is the fact that I already spend a considerable amount of my personal free time on the server. Since I enjoy my time here, I would like to be able to contribute my part to make the player experience better. My effort to do so can already be witnessed through my balancing suggestions and various talks with staff (you know who you are) about changes and fixes, as well as my contribution/attempt to help fix weed growing.
My second reason is that I'm already friends with a considerable amount of staff. Generally it makes me care more about the server, as well as give me an additional reason to contribute and help out. These two reasons are the main driving forces that make me want to be staff, although there are other minor ones like generally enjoying moderating and also the ability to help using my lua knowledge which can be vouched for.
What makes you better than others applying (100 words):
I believe that my interpersonal communication skills, fairness and the fact that I have yet to break a rule speaks a lot about me as a person. As well as the fact that I can be vouched for, as some of you already know me decently both in game and on discord. My quick thinking skills, general awareness of how the game and coding language works help me be able to work out issues and grasp new things quickly. This, combined with my extensive experience in gmod as I have 2000 hours of playtime lets me help with ideas, balancing and generally how to treat players fair. My lua experience is also useful in helping the development team with addon creation, bug fixing etc.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? If not what makes you just as good as those who do (100 words):
I have been staff many times before, albeit a long time ago. I have prior experience with ULX, awarn, billy's logs and I have even hosted my own servers multiple times, which is why I have some of these addons bought on gmodstore. I've had the positions of developer/creator, discord/community management, and general in-game staff so I am able to work in whichever position effectively. Having that prior experience helped with developing patience, judgement as well as shaping me over the years to become a bit of a perfectionist, as my extensive exposure to the game over the last 12 years was a major thing for me.

I have been accepted to college so in a few months my availability may become smaller.
