Why do you want to be staff (150 words):
I want to become staff because I have been playing on this server for months and I really like what this server is doing. I want to become a mod to be able to stop mrdmers and minges - (Like the one meldark got like 40 reports about today lol) - and also because I like helping keep online communities safe from cheaters and etc. I have expirience being head admin on a discord server with 300 members and being owner of 2 with 60 members.
Since the time where I was being retarded and breaking rules I have changed and became more civilised xd. I also havent rlly gotten in trouble for some time
What makes you better than others applying (100 words):
I have a strong sense of justice and genuinely want to make the server a better, safer, and more enjoyable place for everyone. I always follow the rules and lead by example, never engaging in any form of rule-breaking. I'm fair, unbiased, and treat all players equally regardless of who they are. I listen to both sides of a situation before making decisions. Additionally, I have a lot of free time—more than enough to dedicate to staffing duties, helping players, and keeping the server clean and fun. I'm committed, dependable, and ready to help however I can.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? If not what makes you just as good as those who do (100 words):
I don’t have previous staffing experience, but I believe I have the qualities that make me just as capable as someone who does. I’m highly active, responsible, and I care deeply about maintaining a fair and fun environment for everyone. I have a strong understanding of the rules and know how to enforce them without bias. I stay calm in stressful situations and can defuse conflicts quickly. I’m also a fast learner and willing to take feedback to improve. My dedication, free time, and passion for helping others make me confident I can be an effective and reliable staff member.
(Also I have been lately trying to be a good boy and not argue with anyone and Ive pretty much stopped my beef with everyone and stuff so Im not a asocial anymore)
